Chef Job Opportunity

  • As a professional Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation are met.

We are seeking an experienced Western Cuisine Chef to manage multiple outlets and lead a team of employees in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in western cuisine kitchen operation and possess excellent knowledge of good hygiene practices.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing inventory stock and conducting daily orders;
  • Preparing ingredients, cutting meats and vegetables according to established specifications;
  • Portioning, arranging, and garnishing food based on client preferences;
  • Operating various kitchen appliances, such as blenders, ovens, and grills;
  • Seasoning food according to recipes or company needs;
  • Directing and leading the food assembly process;
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure consistency in standards of food preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in western cuisine kitchen operation;
  • Good experience in managing multiple outlets;
  • Knowledge of good hygiene practices;
  • Ability to work long hours and overtime when required;
  • Understanding of western spices well.
