About the Role:

  • This role involves supporting sales teams in growing our corporate business through product development, marketing collaterals, and partnerships with third-party administrators.
Responsibilities
  • Sales & Marketing Team Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and maximize opportunities within our corporate solutions accounts.
  • Product Proposition & Development: Lead product development, review proposals, and coordinate changes across divisions.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis on product proposition and pricing.
  • Training Programs: Oversee training programs for internal teams to equip them with product knowledge and market insights.
  • Marketing Materials: Design and develop marketing materials to support business development, renewal, up-selling, and cross-selling.
  • Partner Development: Provide strategic guidance and support to help achieve team sales goals and meet growth targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of related industry experience
  • Certifications/Licenses - HI, M5, and M9
  • Strong understanding of market segments and experience working with brokers, tied distribution, and HRs
  • In-depth insurance product knowledge within IPMI segment and product development
