Product Development Specialist

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth of chromatography instruments and consumables by providing technical expertise, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities across various markets. This role bridges deep application knowledge with consultative selling to deliver value-added solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development
The ideal candidate will identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for chromatography systems and consumables. They will achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals in assigned territories or market segments. Additionally, they will develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Techincal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of chromatography systems and consumables is essential. The candidate should be able to provide expert advice and support to customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles, including sales strategies and revenue growth, is necessary for success in this role.
