Senior Automation Expert Role

This is a senior consultant position in our RPA team, responsible for various tasks including business process analysis, development, and support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a business process analyst, RPA developer, and support trainer on multiple assignments.
  • Collaborate with customers to extract and define use cases in their IT and business operations.
  • Gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows based on Blue Prism Process and Object Template.
  • Create, develop, and review business requirements documents (BRD) and solution design documents (SDD).
  • Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to drive successful adoption.
  • Implement RPA best practices, configure programs, scripts, and objects that are efficient, well-structured, reusable, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • Understand business processes from workflow diagrams and conceptualize them as automated solutions.
  • Create and document test procedures, scenarios, and cases for pre-UAT and UAT phases.
  • Test packages in environments where they will be hosted or supported deployment environments.
  • Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of automation processes.
  • Provide L1-L3 support to existing automations/processes, review and improve documentation, and implement change requests according to incident and request priority.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Possess 4-6 years of hands-on RPA experience, including 2-3 years in Blue Prism.
  • Advanced skills in understanding, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining application code in various contexts.
  • Exceptional ability to understand, analyze complex requirements, and define technical and functional advanced solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience in integrating different applications using web services/Rest API, RDBMS, and open-source DB.
  • Process-minded with good presentation, communication, and articulation skills.
  • Proven experience in developing automation solutions using Blue Prism.
  • Strong experience in software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and/or AGILE methodology.
  • Prior hands-on experience with working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Kofax, and/or OpenSpan is a strong advantage.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English with business proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and Vietnamese to liaise with stakeholders.
