Procurement and Contract Management Specialist

- Prepare detailed bills of quantities for tendering of subcontract packages, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Monitor costs and adherence to contract specifications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors/suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
