Semiconductor Process Engineer

This role involves ensuring the quality and progress of piping work in the semiconductor industry according to client specifications. The position requires a mechanical engineer who can conduct site inspections, prepare construction material estimation forms, and create construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with client specifications.
  • Prepare accurate construction material estimation forms to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Create detailed construction drawings that meet client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to discuss piping installation paths, project progress, and construction specifications.
  • Verify UHP gas piping construction materials and drawings to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Assist in controlling the quality and progress of piping work according to client specifications.
  • Complete daily supervision reports and consolidate acceptance reports.
  • Perform QC testing on UHP gas piping systems using specialized tools and analysis instruments.
  • Execute professional QC testing procedures and make informed judgments based on site conditions.
  • Record gas piping QC test results and prepare comprehensive testing reports.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
  • A proactive and eager individual willing to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Experience in a technology manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
