Job Overview:
Fund Administration - Ogier Global is seeking a skilled Junior Fund Accountant to join our Investor Services team. The successful candidate will support the Assistant Manager/Manager in managing a portfolio of clients and related entities focusing on Private Equity Funds.

Main Responsibilities:
Key tasks include preparing periodic Net Asset Value calculations, coordinating investor servicing, processing bank payments, and reconciling payment logs. Additionally, the role involves arranging capital calls, distributions, carried interest calculation, and issuing shareholder statements. Proactive communication with auditors and drafting year-end financial statements under IFRS or US GAAP are also essential responsibilities.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years' experience in fund accounting/administration, preferably with a strong academic background and accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, working knowledge of MS Office, and proficiency in Investran are highly valued. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence are also required.
