Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure design plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects, meeting client expectations and statutory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of tender documents, technical specifications, and other project-related materials.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure design, project management, or a related field, preferably with a focus on civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software, including ETABS, STAAD Pro, Prokon, Tekla Tedds, SAFE, and SAP 2000.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PE or PEng, in civil engineering.
  • Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other industry-specific software.
