About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an organized and motivated individual with strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of housekeepers, coordinating daily schedules, and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.

You will also be involved in maintaining accurate records of inventory, managing staff performance, and responding to guest inquiries and complaints. If you have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of success in similar roles, we would like to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance operations;
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels and equipment maintenance;
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies;
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field;
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
