The In-Store Activation Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing visual merchandising projects across various retail environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and proposing visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity, marketing objectives, and retail trends.
  • Planning and executing promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations to enhance customer engagement.
  • Project Coordination & Execution
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, including creative team, account servicing team, and external vendors and clients to ensure seamless execution.
  • Overseeing the design, production, and installation of in-store displays and POSM and digital contents.
  • Ensuring all VM executions adhere to brand guidelines and retail requirements across multiple channels.
  • Conducting store visits and audits to monitor execution quality and resolve any issues.
  • VMD Creative Briefing & Production Management
  • Providing clear and strategic VM direction to the VMD creative team, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Managing the full production lifecycle of VM assets, from concept to final execution.
  • Handling the production and execution of VMD materials, ensuring high-quality output that meets budget and timeline constraints.
  • Working closely with production vendors to optimize material selection, fabrication methods, and installation efficiency.
  • POSM Development & Deployment
  • Planning and managing the full POSM lifecycle, from concept and production to distribution and in-store implementation.
  • Optimizing POSM placement for maximum impact, ensuring consistent execution in all stores.
  • Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production.
  • Budget
  • Developing and managing VM and POSM budgets, ensuring efficient cost control.
  • Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of VM initiatives, providing reports and insights for future improvements.
