Job Opportunity: Patient Care Specialist
Job Summary:As a key member of our healthcare team, the Patient Care Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. This role involves working closely with patients, relatives, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Responsibilities:- Participate in patient education activities to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes;
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation;
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans;
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting solutions;
- Certificate in Nursing from a recognized institution;
- Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board;
- Able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends;
- Experience in ICU settings;
- Strong assessment and treatment skills;
- Knowledge of quality improvement principles and practices;
