Job Overview

The Human Resources Specialist role is designed to manage and execute pre-boarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. This position involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Prepare and issue employment contracts.
  • Manage end-to-end pre-boarding processes for new hires, including document collection, verification, background check activation and work pass applications.
  • Manage vendor for work pass applications and onboarding travel coordination.
  • Ensure all required documents are collected and stored securely.
  • Act as liaison between new hires, recruiters and internal departments to ensure alignment and timely execution.

This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.

An attractive feature of this role is the opportunity to identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the pre-boarding experience. Reports and metrics will be generated to monitor process efficiency and employee satisfaction.
