Job Overview

The role of a Beverage Service Associate involves preparing and serving beverages to senior management and guests. This position requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including tea, coffee, and other refreshments, as requested by guests or management.
  • Stock up on consumables and refreshments in the pantry and meeting rooms as needed.
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including preparation of drinks, light refreshments, and other logistical requirements.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the pantry and meeting rooms, including proper arrangement of furniture and equipment.
  • Notify relevant personnel of any maintenance or repair needs within meeting or office rooms.
  • Support general work in production departments when required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Basic proficiency in reading and writing English is necessary for this role.
  • Reliable and responsible individuals who can take initiative in daily tasks are highly valued.
  • Physical fitness is required to perform cleaning and pantry duties.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.
  • Flexible work arrangements may be discussed.
