Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Service Associate to join our beverage service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold drinks to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to standard recipes.
  • Consistency and Quality: Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Refill beverage ingredients and toppings as required.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized drink preparation area at all times.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Wash and sanitize utensils, cups, and equipment after use.
  • Stock Levels: Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs.
  • Food Safety: Follow food hygiene and safety guidelines (SFA standards).
  • Ingredient Storage: Properly store and label ingredients to ensure freshness.
  • Waste Disposal: Dispose of waste according to procedures.

Requirements:

  • No Formal Qualification Required: No formal qualification required; training will be provided.
  • Prior Experience an Advantage: Prior experience in F&B or beverage preparation is an advantage.
  • Basic Knowledge of Beverage Preparation: Basic knowledge of beverage preparation.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
