We are seeking an accomplished culinary expert to join our team as a Senior Cook. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in our kitchen, showcasing exceptional culinary skills and creativity.

  1. Develop and prepare all types of cuisine including Kongunadu specialties, Idly, Dosa, Poori with Aloo, Pongal, Chapathi, Upma, Aloo Paratha, Kichadi, Egg, Sambar, Chutneys, Masalas, Kurumas, Sambars, Rasams, Porial, Rices, North Indian Dishes, Chinese dishes, Pickles, and Non-Vegetarian dishes.
  2. Cook Fish, Chicken, Mutton, Sea Foods, and Chinese dishes with precision and flair.
  3. Create diverse menu options including Biriyani, Veg Pulao, Gr.Peas Pulao, Mushroom Pulao, Kasmiri Pulao, Chicken Biriyani, Chicken Fry Biriyani, Hydrabad Biriyani, Mutton Biriyani, Fish Biriyani, Prawns Biriyani, Samosas, Cutlets, Channa Patturas, Vadas, Pakkodas, Bonda, Bajjis, Soups, and Sweets.
