About You

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with expertise in contract administration and project management. You should have a tertiary qualification in Building, Project and Facilities Management, or Quantity Surveying.




  • Experience in cost estimation, contract administration, or project management of multi-disciplinary engineering/construction projects
  • Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts specific to engineering or construction projects
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


The Role

You will be responsible for administering contracts for various land transport projects, including the construction of stations, tunnels, and viaducts. Your key tasks will include:




  • Negotiating and agreeing on contractual terms with vendors
  • Preparing and reviewing tender documents, contracts, and other agreements
  • Monitoring and managing cash flow and budgetary forecasts
  • Ensuring compliance with contract provisions and procedures
  • Resolving contractual disputes and claims

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - SGD 100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
