The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our polyclinics are developed and aligned with the latest services and norms.

Key responsibilities include planning and aligning polyclinic developments, collaborating with end users to develop Schedules of Accommodation (SOA), and overseeing procurement and implementation of consultancy, construction, and equipment packages.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as knowledge in AutoCAD, which is an added advantage.


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 0800HRS to 1800HRS


Requirements:

  • Degree in Building, Architecture, Project & Facilities Management or Engineering
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience planning and development, preferably in healthcare sector
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communications
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD is an added advantage
