Are you a forward-thinking professional seeking a challenging leadership role in graduate program management? Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement operational strategies that align with the university's academic mission and long-term objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and implement operational strategies that align with the university's academic mission and long-term objectives.
  • End-to-End Program Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of graduate programs - admissions, examinations, program delivery, and graduation ceremonies - ensuring compliance with institutional policies, regulatory standards, and funding requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Define KPIs, streamline workflows, and establish best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and learner satisfaction.
  • Risk & Governance: Identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks; put in place governance frameworks, preventive controls, and contingency measures to safeguard institutional reputation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with academic leads, program directors, business development, graduate recruitment teams, and central university offices to achieve admissions and completion outcomes.
Qualifications include: a degree holder with at least 15 years' experience in program operations, admissions, student services, or related fields, preferably in higher education. You should have experience managing the full student lifecycle, familiarity with registrar processes, and educational funding schemes. Additionally, proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills are required.We Offer:
