Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a key role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the admissions processes of various graduate programs, with a focus on oversight and coordination.

  • Contribute to a dynamic team involved in the growth and development of our graduate programs.
  • Oversee and manage the administration of the admissions process, including reviewing application materials, organizing interviews, and preparing reports for management review.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the admissions process.
  • Liaise with prospective applicants to provide guidance on application documentation and submissions.
  • Provide support to students throughout the admissions process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate closely with faculty members to conduct and transcribe admission interviews.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and program satisfaction to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and managing admissions.
  • Able to identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
  • Self-driven and able to work autonomously, while also being a team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new technologies.
