Job Summary

About the Role

The Strategic Construction Placement Specialist will be responsible for placing and managing large construction projects, including project financing, contract reviews, and bespoke placement structures. You will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and the construction insurance/reinsurance market to build strong relationships and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place and manage large construction projects, including project financing, contract reviews, and bespoke placement structures
  • Develop and implement strategic placement solutions that meet client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and the construction insurance/reinsurance market
  • Drive business growth and deliver exceptional client service
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance broking and placement, preferably in the construction/power/energy sectors
  • Proven technical broking skills to manage large and complex placements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Process-oriented and able to prioritize projects and deliverables
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
