Job Description:

We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This role plays a key part in supporting our Asia-Pacific business, covering offices in Singapore and Sydney and serving clients across the region.

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for various finance functions, including financial reporting, accounting, and tax compliance. This position reports to the Regional Finance Controller in Sydney and collaborates closely with colleagues on the Finance and Payroll teams.

This is a broad-based role that provides critical support across APAC finance and accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with external service providers to prepare monthly financial statements for reporting to our parent company.
  • Support annual audit process and interact with external auditors.
  • Prepare board materials, monthly forecasts, and annual budget.
  • Review and approve quarterly and annual filing, including MAS returns, GST, and corporate income tax.
