Financial Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to lead our finance operations.
- The successful candidate will oversee the full spectrum of finance functions, including accounting, reporting, consolidation, and compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
- This includes driving financial planning & analysis (FP&A) – budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis for gaming projects, and performance tracking.
- The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and managing financial statements and key balance sheet items such as cash flow, AR/AP, securities, and derivatives.
- A strong understanding of audit, tax, and regulatory requirements is essential, along with the ability to liaise effectively with auditors, advisors, and regulators.
Key Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification such as CPA/ACCA/CFA is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally within the gaming, entertainment, tech, or fintech sectors.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and controls, with knowledge of SFRS/IFRS.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, ROI evaluation, and business performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
