Job Title: Business Continuity Risk Manager
">This company is seeking a high-calibre Assistant Manager to help in the Risk team. As Business Continuity Risk Manager, you will be responsible for conducting regular internal control testing to identify process improvements and evaluating operational effectiveness.
">The role involves enforcing business unit risk governance processes and compliance monitoring, establishing risk visibility, and cultivating a resilience culture through awareness materials and training programs.
">To achieve this, you will conduct rigorous assessments of current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
">In addition, you will work closely with stakeholders to strengthen business unit resiliency capabilities through exercises and training.
">You should ideally be degree qualified from a reputable university and possess at least 3 years of working experience. Prior experience in the Big 4 or commercial experience in a similar role is ideal.
