Job Title: Information Security Strategist

Description:
A dynamic and forward-thinking security leader is required to develop and execute a comprehensive information security roadmap. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enforce robust security frameworks that align with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute an enterprise-wide information security strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  2. Design and implement security frameworks, protocols, and procedures to safeguard data, networks, and applications.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering technical excellence and driving innovation.
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration evaluations to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  5. Drive compliance initiatives across various standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA.
  6. Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and application teams to integrate security into system architecture and software delivery pipelines.
  7. Supervise and manage the organization's Security Operations Center (SOC), overseeing monitoring, threat hunting, alert triage, and escalation procedures.

Requirements:
  • Expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, and risk management.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and infrastructure, including SIEM systems, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, IAM/PAM solutions, DLP, WAF, CASB, and firewalls.
  • Skilled in cloud security, with expertise in securing AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
  • Strong background in application and network security, secure SDLC, DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
  • Proficient in cryptography, data protection, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) principles.
  • Capable of managing incident response and forensic investigations.
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
  • Experience building Zero Trust models and securing containerized workloads.
  • Knowledge of SOAR platforms and threat intelligence integrations.
