We are currently seeking a Roving Infrastructure Specialist to support our computing devices in the west area. This role involves performing asset management, providing technical support services, and working with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform asset management of infrastructure and computing devices
  • Provide computer support services for software and hardware
  • Work with vendors to ensure quality service delivery
  • Train and coach users on device usage
  • Handle helpdesk duties

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess a Higher Nitec in IT or Diploma in IT
  • Fresh candidates with related certifications may be considered if proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 1-2 years' experience in similar capacity
Technical Skills:
  • Computing devices platform supported: Windows, IOS, and Android
