Immersive Partnership Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership solutions.
  • Manage partnerships from concept through execution, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop business strategies aligned with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and travel as needed.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify suitable brands for IP collaboration through market research and industry analysis.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in the gaming and/or entertainment industries.
  • Experience in brand/IP and cross-industry collaborations.
  • Strong multitasking ability and deadline management.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a strong team player.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in English, with working knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
  • Passion for gaming, particularly in the ACG space.
  • Marketing experience is beneficial.
  • International work experience is valuable.
