Key Role: Senior Childcare Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Childcare Teacher to create a nurturing environment that inspires young minds.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, parents, children, and the wider community.
  • Oversee classroom management, ensuring a safe and stimulating atmosphere for learning.
  • Monitor and record children's development using various methods, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Foster strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one of the following qualifications: Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY), Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), or Diploma/Lower Certificate in Education (DPT/DPL).
  • L2 or L1 Certified English Language Teacher (DPT/DECC/ACEY Trained)
  • L2 Certified Chinese Language Teacher (DPT / DECCE - Mandarin Language)
  • Registration with ECDA as EY1 or EY2 Or L2 or L1
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
