About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct macro trend analysis, competitive analysis, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Project Leadership: Manage market and new product development via cross-functional teams.
  • Training: Coach teams on strategic frameworks (VOC, 4P, financial modeling, pricing).
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in strategic marketing or strategy, preferably in B2B materials science.
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
