Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and analyzing experimental process flows to identify defect anomalies and quarantine out-of-control process tools
  • Driving continuous improvement processes to enhance operations and make a tangible impact daily
  • Recognizing, identifying, and raising awareness of process anomalies with a focus on early detection and root cause analysis
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop best-known methods and maintain alignment between sites
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proactive and passionate about learning with a strong foundation in training and coursework
  • Excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to innovate and drive effective change
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills with a preference for experience with metrology or inspection (SEM, X-ray, Laser or Optical Systems)
  • Experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) with a strong background in data analysis using Klarity, Yield3, jmp, eBeam Inspection methods, defect reduction analysis, and ADC Modeling techniques

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field accepted
  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field or 2-5 years semiconductor experience preferred
