Job Description

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders and external customers.

Our team is responsible for ensuring that all quality assurance processes are in place, from initial inspection to final delivery of medical equipment. We work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections, troubleshooting, and repairing medical equipment. You will also be involved in quality assurance checks, investigations, and process improvements. Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic functionality inspections on demo/loaner assets returned to store after loan.
  • Conduct in-house inspections, assessments, and troubleshooting of medical equipment sent in for repair.
  • Investigate complaints on medical equipment and prepare reports as required.
  • Perform quality checks on medical equipment after repair.
  • Conduct on-job scope handling, inspections, trainings, and culture induction for interns.
  • Assess, repair, and perform quality assurance checks on medical equipment for engineers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by implementing 5S practices.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Experience with ESA & ESU testers, electrical, mechanical, and soldering skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fast response time, strict, steady hands, and keen eyes to handle delicate components.
  • Ability to adopt a customer-centric approach.
