  • We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and be able to design, implement, and supervise electrical systems for commercial interior fit-outs.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into overall spatial design.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in M&E, construction, or interior fit-out environments and be comfortable reading single-line diagrams and test packs.

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  1. Review and design electrical system drawings and specifications for commercial interior fit-outs, covering lighting, power distribution, control systems, and related M&E elements.
  2. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall spatial design.
  3. Ensure designs comply with Singapore's building regulations, safety codes, and industry best practices.
  4. Supervise and inspect electrical installation work on-site; test and commission systems to guarantee functionality and safety.
  5. Evaluate technical submittals, single-line diagrams, and procurement documentation for materials and equipment.
  6. Troubleshoot technical issues during construction and revisions, coordinating closely with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  7. Coordinate with M&E subcontractors to uphold schedules, budget, and quality of execution.
