About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned SAP Strategy Advisor to join our team at Kaizen Blue PTE. LTD. As a Principal Consultant for SAP Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients harness the power of SAP and beyond SAP technology to drive their digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve your SAP and Beyond SAP expertise to provide strategic guidance to our clients.
  • Work closely with C-Suite decision-makers to determine the IT needs of the business and develop complex Business Cases to align IT and Business Stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement SAP Business and IT strategies that align with business goals and identify and recommend new technology solutions that offer competitive advantage.
  • Analyze IT infrastructure and systems, and propose improvements to provide expert advice on IT issues relating to strategic decisions.
  • Propose and drive effective vendor evaluation programs across a transformation.
Requirements and Skills

We're looking for a unique blend of skills and experience for this role. Here's what you'll need:

  • Proven +15 years in-depth experience serving the largest SAP Customers.
  • Track record of +15 years in SAP focused Consulting, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Sales.
  • Track record of +5 years working with or for Hyperscalers.
  • Intimate understanding of the SAP Transformation Roadmap development process.
  • Demonstrated very deep SAP commercial licensing and negotiation expertise.
  • Expertise in today's Hyperscaler offering with focus on SAP Landscapes.
  • Expertise in Value Engineering, Design Thinking, and Business Case development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex IT concepts into business terms.
  • Business Development and Go-To-Market expertise and ability to sell your value.
  • Business fluency in English, German, and Polish language.
  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
