You will be responsible for reviewing technical architecture designs, assessing their soundness, and proactively identifying and resolving reliability risks. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth analyses of systemic deficiencies, identify bottlenecks, and develop optimization strategies to improve system reliability.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • 1. Technical Architecture Review: Conduct thorough reviews of technical architecture designs to ensure they meet organizational standards and requirements.

  • 2. Reliability Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve reliability risks to minimize downtime and ensure high availability of services.

  • 3. System Optimization: Analyze systemic deficiencies, identify bottlenecks, and develop optimization strategies to improve system reliability and efficiency.

  • 4. Incident Response: Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, promptly respond to and resolve production incidents to ensure service availability.

  • 5. Automation Improvements: Drive continuous automation improvements to minimize manual intervention and enhance system reliability.

  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1. Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: Python, Go, or shell scripting.

  • 2. Familiarity with cloud computing and experience in managing multi-cloud or hybrid cloud platforms (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, Azure, AWS).

  • 3. Strong foundation in computer science with hands-on experience in Linux, networking, load balancing, and designing high-availability architectures.

  • 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  • 5. Minimum 3 years of working experience in operations and maintenance of large-scale web services.

  • Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Mandarin language is a plus.
