BreadTalk Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to lead our corporate communications and branding efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans to enhance our brand awareness and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to engage internal and external stakeholders, including media, investors, and customers.
  • Plan and manage branding and marketing campaigns to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement crisis communications plans.
  • Create engaging content and digital assets for various platforms, including social media, internal staff communications, and external communications.
  • Manage and oversee the content calendar for social media platforms.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Coordinate event and advertising space bookings within IHQ, ensuring adherence to guidelines with internal and external tenants.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage corporate channels, media, and IHQ mailboxes and notify internal stakeholders of any pressing matters that need to be addressed.
  • Collect data, generate reports, and extract insights for future optimizations.
  • Support in monitoring and optimizing department's budget utilization.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing corporate channels, maintaining Group corporate archives, and coordinating with vendors for timely production.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of good Integrated Communications/Marketing track record in similar capacity or field.
  • Effective written and communications skills.
  • Passionate, resourceful, and with a can-do mindset.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
