Dishwashing/Cleaning Operations Manager

Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will oversee daily operations and activities for the Dishwashing/Cleaning Department. They will work closely with the Director to plan and execute tasks and projects, as well as liaise with the HR Department for manpower planning and recruitment.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations and activities for the Dishwashing/Cleaning Department.

2. Work closely with the Director to plan and execute tasks and projects.

3. Liaise with the HR Department for manpower planning and recruitment.

4. Assist the HR and Director in developing and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

5. Serve as a communication conduit between management and staff.

6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

7. Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

8. Perform any other duties assigned by the directors.


Requirements:

1. Ability to work in island-wide locations and travel to multiple sites daily.

2. Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.

3. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
