Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing correspondence with internal and external teams regarding the timely pricing and agreement of variations.

You will also prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to project requirements and local building & construction regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying and at least 5 years of work experience as a Quantity Surveyor for construction related projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage correspondence with internal and external teams
  • Prepare tender and contract documents
  • Evaluate and communicate project variations
  • Assist with valuation of works done by vendors
  • Settle contractual disputes
