Strategic Architectural Project Coordinator

This role plays a crucial part in handling all architectural works as instructed by senior management.
- Coordinate and collaborate with consultants to ensure project timelines are met.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
- Supervise architectural works and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Provide technical guidance to architects on building regulations and best practices.
- Oversee the entire architectural process, from planning to implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Coordination: Work closely with consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Quality Control: Supervise architectural works to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice to architects on building regulations and best practices.
- Process Oversight: Oversee the entire architectural process, from planning to implementation.
Requirements for this position include:
- A minimum Diploma or higher qualification in architecture or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural planning and coordination.
