
Client Experience Specialist

At Margin Wheeler, we are seeking a talented Client Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process and providing ongoing support to our clients.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-focused individual who excels in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, handle client inquiries, and proactively address client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Proactively follow up with clients to address needs and resolve issues
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also support the preparation of client-related documents, maintain accurate client records, and assist in implementing initiatives to improve the client experience.
Requirements- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years' client servicing or customer-facing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and attentive to detail
