About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at OUE Restaurants PTE. LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of excellent food and beverage service, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring seamless execution of our menu offerings, wine lists, and other services.
- Revenue Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize menu pricing, and manage inventory levels.
- Guest Experience: Foster strong relationships with our guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns, and working to convert dissatisfied guests into loyal customers.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor our front-of-house and back-of-house staff, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging employee development.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control costs related to food, beverages, labor, and other operational expenses, ensuring we maintain profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
