Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of complex projects involving Java and enterprise-level systems.
  • Design, develop, test, document, and maintain robust IT systems and applications.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to provide enhancement and maintenance support, identifying and resolving reported system issues.
  • Manage the entire SDLC process, participating in project reviews with the lead/manager.
  • Develop and document comprehensive system design, architecture, and propose suitable technologies and tools required for successful implementation.
  • Deploy systems to production and offer post-implementation support.
Requirements:
  • Java Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of experience in developing Java EE web applications and UI frameworks is essential.
  • Proficiency in frameworks such as Struts, JSF, Spring, EJB, Hibernate, or iBatis is expected.
  • Agile Experience: At least 1 year of Agile Development experience with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies is necessary.
  • Prior knowledge or experience with low-code platforms like Mendix is a plus, or a willingness to undergo training and certification if required.
