Key Positions Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Field Service Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site installation, qualification, commissioning, repair and planned maintenance for our equipment. They will work closely with our sales team to prepare proposals and recommendations for customers, and ensure timely and proper input of services performed in our CRM database.

  • This position involves working on site with customers to deliver high-quality services and support. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, qualifying, commissioning, repairing, and maintaining Cytiva's equipment.
  • The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work independently with limited supervision.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in Life Sciences or Biotech with a strong engineering background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other ASEAN languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and solve complex issues.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain good rapport with customers and internal teams.
