Job Title: Portfolio Management Executive

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Executive to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in portfolio management and contribute to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing portfolio strategies, business plans, and budgets.
  • Monitor fund liquidity, control expenses, and maximize investor returns.
  • Contribute to private capital raising efforts, including marketing materials and investor due diligence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors.
  • Manage fund models and oversee data center funds.
  • Participate in investment and asset management processes, including evaluation and underwriting of potential acquisitions and divestments.


Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration from a leading university.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure funds, with a strong understanding of the Asia Pacific region.
  • Proven analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to lead transactions, work independently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and market research skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
