We are looking for an experienced **Portfolio Manager** to help our client accelerate growth and deliver bespoke cross-border payment solutions to their growing base of global clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing relationships with senior stakeholders, and identifying new growth opportunities to facilitate cross-sale growth.

In addition, as the vital point of contact, you will lead the representation of their products, services and solutions to clients that require solutions to complex payment challenges.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow the client portfolio.
- Identify and develop client cross-sell opportunities using your network, face-to-face meetings, trade fairs and calls.
- Partner with Business Development to expand existing business.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Compliance and Finance, to ensure premium service delivery.
- Proactively Visit clients (phone & face-to-face meetings)
- Report to the Head of Global Portfolio Management and ensure the agreed targets are met.
- Ensure premium client relationships are built and maintained through delivering high-quality customer service and superior product knowledge.

**Skills & Experience**
- Past B2B solution sales experience is essential within Financial Markets.
- Understanding of the Business Development and Operational process.
- Proven expertise in having high-level and influential conversations with decision-makers.
- Knowledge of economic fundamentals to negotiate during the sales cycle and for account development.
- Confidence in managing high net worth individual relationships
- Experience in managing senior partnerships and generating new growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated individuals who can set goals and implement strategies to exceed personal targets.
- Focus on premium service and develop internal stakeholder relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English is essential.
- Additional Languages are favoured, including Mandarin & Cantonese.
- Working Visa required for Singapore / Hong Kong (Non-Sponsored).

**Salary**: Up to $7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- B2B Solution Sales: 4 years (preferred)
