Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Support the establishment and further development of a management system for sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environment, occupational health, and safety in Regional Purchasing, coordinating with global Purchasing Sustainability.">
  • Lead strategy development aligned with business KPIs for sustainable procurement policy, self-assessment questionnaire, sustainability target agreements, purchasing transformation programs, and initiatives.">
  • Roll out purchasing-specific training documents for internal and external users and implement or coordinate training courses in the region.">
  • Set and follow up relevant targets on regional level in alignment with global targets in the area of purchasing sustainability.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

Technical studies (preferred) such as mechanical or environmental engineering with a corresponding focus or commercial studies with a focus on sustainability, supply chain management, or comparable specializations.

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience focusing on sustainability, preferably in the automotive industry.

Knowledge of common international management systems.
