Business Transformation Consultant

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with clients, driving business transformation and growth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic projects, enhancing client relationships, and developing knowledge in key areas.

About the Role

The Business Transformation Consultant will participate in end-to-end project execution, including hypothesis development, data collection, model creation, research, and insight analysis. This individual will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring high-quality output and timely results. Strong interpersonal skills are required to cultivate relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet their strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Participate in project execution, including hypothesis development, data collection, model creation, research, and insight analysis.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring high-quality output and timely results.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet their strategic direction.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop knowledge in key areas and be recognized as a subject matter expert by peers and leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3-7 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, insurance, or business-related roles.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving proficiency, including methodological and conceptualization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and work well with senior organisational leaders and internal team members.
