Senior Audit Manager

We're currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team in a senior-level management position responsible for managing a complex and critical unit within Internal Audit. The overall objective of this role is to develop and execute a robust Audit Plan and direct complex audit activities for a component of the business at a regional or country level.

The Senior Audit Manager will be expected to manage a team of Internal Audit professionals, recruit staff, lead professional development, build effective teams, and manage resources. They will also be responsible for delivering audit reports, validating Internal Audit and Regulatory issues, and providing business monitoring and governance committee reports.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best results. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of executing concurrently on a portfolio of high-quality deliverables according to strict timetables and demonstrating clear and concise written and verbal communication.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a related role, with relevant certifications (Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or similar) preferred. They will also have demonstrated successful experience in business, functional, and people management, as well as a proven ability to implement continuous improvement and innovation in audit tools and techniques.

A Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
