Job Description

As a Retail Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Your passion for fashion and ability to relate to our mission of empowering women through style are essential qualities we look for in this role.

You will work closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and ensure that all merchandise is available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor. Additionally, you will communicate ongoing promotions and offers to customers, promote first-class service excellence, and provide advice on colour, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.

Our ideal candidate is a people-person who is not afraid of approaching strangers and striking a genuine conversation. They must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a level of tidiness and cleanliness on the floor.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to relate to our mission of empowering women through style and have a strong personal sense of style and fashion.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment and maintain a level of tidiness and cleanliness on the floor.
  • Dependable and able to work independently and proactively.
