Talent Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned TikTok talent manager to join our team. In this contract role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing talented TikTok creators, building their personal brands, and securing lucrative partnerships and sponsorships.

  • Identify and recruit talented TikTok creators with strong potential for growth
  • Provide strategic guidance to talent on optimising their content and growing their following
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorship, brand partnership, and other commercial deals for talent
  • Coach talent on personal branding, audience engagement, and monetisation strategies
  • Analyse content performance and audience data to inform talent development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry partners
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in TikTok influencer marketing and talent management
  • Proven track record of discovering, developing, and monetising TikTok talent
  • Deep understanding of TikTok algorithm, audience trends, and monetisation models
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to talent management
  • Passion for staying ahead of the curve in the fast-moving social media industry
