Established in Münster, our family-owned business cultivates young plants and seeds for the global horticulture sector.

Our plant brand concepts Volmary and Soul PLANTS are well recognized within their respective markets. At our Plant Breeding and Information Centre Kaldenhof, we grow a diverse range of ornamental plants and vegetables on an extensive display area.

To strengthen our team at the Plant Breeding Centre, we seek a skilled Gardener to work full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development of new products as well as production of vegetatively and generatively propagated plants - from sowing or taking cuttings to the finished flowering plant.
  • Care and maintain plants in greenhouses and outdoors.
  • Monitor growing conditions and adapt care accordingly.
  • Control pests and diseases using ecological standards.
  • Support in planning and realization of cultivation projects.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completed training as a gardener or comparable qualification.
  • Experience handling ornamental plants.
  • Passion for plants and a good eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outdoors.
