Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end validation process for the BCBS 239 compliance validation programme
  • Design and implement validation testing processes and procedures for BCBS 239 compliance validation
  • Lead validation testing activities and manage the validation workflow
  • Guide junior team members in their tasks

Requirements
  • A degree holder with minimum 10 years' working experience in a role within risk management, audit, data management or compliance
  • Ability to apply risk and control principles during process reviews in a banking environment
  • Working experience with data management/data governance related responsibilities
  • Experience in formal report writing
  • Good analytical skills, attention to details and sound judgment
